How To Return My Order?

Heavins.ie Returns Policy:

We accept exchnage or refunds on items purchased online, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. *Change of mind only*. Our delivery boxes are crafted with sustainability in mind, our packaging also acts as convenient packaging for returns. In the event that you no longer have the original delivery packaging, kindly utilize appropriate packaging or a suitable alternative for the transportation of your item(s).  Items returned in a condition unsuitable for resale will regrettably not be processed and may be returned to the customer.

Additionally, change of mind returns will be subject to a nominal fee of €6.99. 

Change of Mind Returns:

  • If you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind and it's not in resalable condition (like new with original packaging) a restocking fee may apply. 

Returning Damaged Item(s):

  • While the item is in your possession (within the 30-day return window), you're responsible for any damages related to the product. Heavins.ie reserves the right to charge you for any damage to the product during this time. 

Reporting Damage:

  • To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. Any damage, such as scratches, dents, or tears, must be reported within 24 hours to Heavins.ie customer service. You can report damage by visiting https://www.heavins.ie/pages/contact or calling 090 6472772. Heavins.ie cannot be held responsible for unreported damages.

Determining Faults:

  • Heavins.ie reserves the right to determine whether a product is truly faulty. In some cases, the item may need to be inspected by a qualified engineer from the manufacturer.

Fees will only be charged if the return is due to the customer's error, such as a change of mind or incorrect order placement. However, if the return is necessary due to an error made by Heavins.ie, no restocking fee will be charged

Online Returns Policy Exclusions

Some exclusions to our returns policy apply where items are not in a resaleable or 'as sold' condition, i.e. where packaging and labels have been disposed of. For software products where the tamper proof seal has been broken and on custom orders or bespoke products and gift cards.
