The ultimate performance primer, the B-I-N has a unique shellac-based formula which gives it unsurpassed stain killing power – water stains, smoke damage, crayon – you name it, B-I-N will block it. In addition to blocking the stain, B-I-N also permanently blocks the odor – another great ‘plus’ particularly for restoration work after flooding or fire damage.
