Fleetwood Quick-Dry Masonry Stabilising Primer provides an excellent key to consolidate and bind friable or porous masonry surfaces prior to decoration. The problems of toxicity, smell, and flammability of solvent-based resin solutions are eliminated by the use of this water-based low VOC product. The dispersion gives excellent penetration, binding, and sealing.
