Toupret Interior Filler is easy to sand, one coat filler. Suitable for use on gypsum plaster, cement, concrete, breeze block, brick, stone, new or renovated paint, and unpainted substrates. This product adheres to the surface and will not shrink, slump, flash, or grin. It mixes easily in water. No priming required before overcoating.
